1. Monthly fee is per location. So if you have 2 locations $49.98 will be billed each month.
2. If you already have domain then it's free. But you will have to point it to our server and manage it yourself.
3. You can setup menu and locations yourself but it's a lot of entering. So it might make sense to outsource it to us. You will need to fax us your menu and provide some additional information (like locations, working hours). After menu is entered into our system you will need to go in and approve it.
